You (“the bidder”) authorize Millea Bros. Ltd. to execute the bid(s) listed below on your behalf during the auction date indicated above. You agree to, and accept Millea Bros. “Conditions of Sale” and understand that a buyer’s premium of twenty-four percent (24%) of the first $500,000 and seventeen percent (17%) of the portion exceeding $500,000, will be added to the successful bid price of each lot, as well as all applicable state and local taxes. A discount of 4% will be applied to invoices that are paid in full within 14 days of sale date (by DECEMBER 3, 2011). Absentee bids must correspond to our standard bidding increments. If bidding increments are not complied with, we will reduce each off-increment bid to the next lower figure. Each order bid will be executed up to but will not exceed the bid amount(s) specified below. Millea Bros. will make every effort to execute your instructions, however, we cannot be held responsible for errors and omissions resulting in failure to execute your absentee and/or telephone bids. All absentee and telephone bid requests must be received via email or fax by our offices no later than 2:00 PM the day prior to auction. Millea Bros. reserves the right to reject any absentee or telephone bid request.
