Telephone Bidding Terms & Conditions

You ("the bidder") authorize Millea Bros. Ltd. to execute the bid(s) listed below on your behalf during the auction date indicated above. You agree to, and accept Millea Bros. "Conditions of Sale" and understand that a buyer's premium of twenty-five percent (25%) of the first $500,000 and twenty-two percent (22%) of the portion exceeding $500,000, will be added to the successful bid price of each lot, as well as all applicable state and local taxes. Millea Bros. will make every effort to execute your instructions, however, we cannot be held responsible for errors and omissions resulting in failure to execute your telephone bid. All telephone bid requests must be received via email or fax by our offices no later than 2:00 PM the day prior to auction. Millea Bros. reserves the right to reject any telephone bid request.
